AMERICA – Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, A Prophetic Word For Our Nation – Part One Of Two

Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, an American Messianic Jewish minister, author and novelist, gave this powerful prophetic word for Joe Biden on Jan. 25, 2021.

In Cahn’s message he shares America’s history on the importance of standing with God, then goes on to state how we have now driven God away: “We pass down rulings from Washington D.C., that war against the eternal laws of heaven, on human life, human nature, gender, and marriage.”

This part one message, with part two being posted next week, reveals the darkness we, as a nation, have allowed ourselves to evolve into – a darkness that can only be saved by The Light – in order for our nation to go back to One Nation Under God.

Part one of Rabbi Cahn’s prophetic word:

AMERICA – God’s Presence Changes All Things

God’s presence is power. America, once our nation understands God’s power, once we “get it”, there will be no force from earth, or below earth, strong enough to defeat us. Understanding God’s power–acknowledging His authority over our prideful ways–is how we will rise above the chaotic state our nation faces.

Our citizens suffer fear from false teachings, depression from disease, and helplessness from hate. Many feel scared from previous scars. God did not create us to withdraw; to dread getting out of bed each morning.

I challenge you–call on God’s presence–for yourself personally and for our nation. Let us invite God’s presence to change things.

AMERICA – Pray Together For Our Nation @ 9 PM EST Every Night

There is a grass roots prayer effort happening across our country, reportedly inspired from the efforts of an advisor to Prime Minister Winston Churchill during WWII.

W. Tudor Pole, an English author, was that advisor to Churchill. It was Pole’s idea to encourage Britain, during that difficult time, to pray for the safety of England, its people, and peace, each night. The chosen time was at 9 PM during the chiming of Big Ben, which took about one minute.

Churchill supported the idea,  along with King George VI, his Parliamentary Cabinet, and their country’s citizens who believed in the power prayer. What a beautiful testament to faith in God.

America, let us as believers, duplicate Pole’s idea. Let us unite together for our nation by corporately praying each night for one minute.

AMERICA – Jesus Did The Hard Work

America, we are loosing sight of Jesus. We are loosing sight of the way, the truth and the light; the only one able to walk us through the suffering our citizens are currently enduring. The only one who truly knows suffering because He alone suffered all pain before us.

There are three basic categories of suffering: emotional, physical, and spiritual–each causing unbearable pain to the human heart, body, and spirit.

Thankfully, because of Jesus, our country has the choice to not have to endure hardships alone. We have the choice to be blessed with the savior of the world’s authority. We have the choice because Jesus took on our burden of suffering at the cross, and all He asks in return is that we believe in what He did for us.

AMERICA – God Is Making A Way

Though at times we feel the government, doctors, family, and yes even the church makes life difficult, we must remember God is always here. He never forsakes us. God is bigger than all things combined; His plan is perfect.

Remember how God made a way for His beloved Jewish people again and again, despite their continual failing to trust? They grumbled while being lead from slavery, yet God made a way. They grumbled about overtaking the new land God already promised as theirs, yet He made a way.

Many times God’s people gave up hope because they could not see His holy plan, yet God continued His perfect plan, remaining beside them, bringing them through very hard times.

America, do you think we are following the grumbling footsteps of Israel?

AMERICA – Respect God’s Name

Just as you desire respect from others for your positive actions and achievements, God desires respect from us for all that He is. As a nation, America has a history of respecting God’s name. In fact our country was founded on God’s name.

But slowly, along America’s short path through history, our government and many private citizens have chosen to disrespect God. We’ve ignored, tossed aside, and preached outright lies on the meaning of His word.

The Lord’s third commandment proclaims we are to keep His name holy. You may be wondering, “Why is respect so important?”

Read seven reasons (of many) to help you understand the need to respect God’s name.

AMERICA – Don’t Doubt God

America is going though some tough times right now: a pandemic the media won’t report clear data on, elections called under questionable factors, and families and businesses trying to navigate new normals. If you are not a true believer, tough times may lead you to experience doubt in our God.

But don’t doubt–don’t be a Doubting Thomas.

Doubting Thomas is a nickname derived from the story in the book of John. It’s when Jesus, after being crucified and buried, rises from the grave and appears to most of His disciples in a room with locked doors. Thomas, a disciple not present, was later told by those that stood among Jesus what they experienced.

It’s hard to place ourselves in Thomas’s shoes, but think about what you believe, America, then think about Thomas.

Pray For AMERICA

Prayer comes naturally to Christians. It’s like talking to a good friend–someone you love and you know loves you. When Christians want to talk to God we do it through prayer.

Talking to God regarding personal troubles, family situations, or job related problems is natural because these situations involve us. We all have some sort of issue close to our heart that needs fixed: complicated personal decisions, family situations which create tension, job issues that affect our future or someone we dearly love.

So we pray.

We ask for God’s guidance, deliverance, and strength.

Praying for personal issues close to our hearts is usually what most people pray about. We do this because we need help and believe God cares for our needs.

But are you remembering to pray for issues wider than your intimate world?

AMERICA – Meditate On The Mighty Word Of God

The Bible tells us we should meditate on God’s law, but what does it mean to meditate? Often, people think of meditation as chanting, an act of trying to relax their body and mind. Chanting is popular in some forms of yoga. But meditation also has another meaning. Not to simply relax–but to focus. To focus one’s mind on one specific thing; thinking deeply about that topic for a period of time while trying to come to an understanding of its true meaning.

America, we could certainly benefit from some deeper thinking of the Bible in Washington D.C. right now.

Scripture frequently mentions meditating on the teachings and laws of God. As we think more qualitative thoughts, and reflect on what we believe His word signifies, we can better understand the importance of living righteously and following the truth of the lessons God shares with us in the Bible.

AMERICA – “One Nation Under God”?

The Pledge Of Allegiance, which I grew up reciting every morning in school, was first published in 1892 in a magazine titled, The Youth’s Companion. The pledge was originally composed as:

“I pledge allegiance to my Flag and the Republic for which it stands; one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Over time some changes were made in the wording, the last change being made in 1954. At the suggestion of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Congress legislated that “under God” be added, making the final pledge language to read as we know it today:
