Our world countries just completed the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.  Their camaraderie inspired me to reach out to Lift Him Up readers (representing over 100 countries) and ask them to share the eternal importance of never momentarily taking our Lord’s name in vain.

This is the last of a three part series designed to bring global attention to the constant misuse of the holy names God and Jesus. Part 1  considered the history of God’s name. The Bible is unwavering in explaining to us:

  • Who our powerful God is.
  • His steadfast promises.
  • His history of love, provision, mercy, calling, forgiveness, and much much more.
  • Insight to our future.
  • And also reveals to us God’s favored from the beginning – His chosen people.
