Obituary of Jesus The Christ

Easter is the holiest of celebrated holidays to Christian believers. It is the resurrection of Jesus our savior—The One who was crucified then came back to life three days later. Resurrection is the core of Christianity.

Through Jesus’ resurrection mankind receives salvation—deliverance from sin. We come to understand this truth through Bible study, attention to biblical sermons, and heartfelt prayer. God’s word truly is a love letter for mankind to read and enjoy.

Creation Happened Because God Exists

Creation is from the great I AM. His existence is before the beginning. I AM is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient forever.

Look around. Think logically. The environment, the galaxies … all too perfect in function and formation to be created by the mishap of an explosion. The earth in its glory of gravity and atmospheric conditions, with its tilt, rotates on its axis while revolving around the sun. Change its tilt or rotation, move closer to the sun or further away, and the earth’s atmospheric conditions, the seasons, darkness and light times, could force earth to be unrecognizable.

Such perfect precision can only come from One who is beyond our understanding of perfect and precise.

Pray Over Your Bad Day – 5 Bible Verses

Bad days happen to all of us. They are unavoidable. They quite often contain situations beyond our control. It’s what believers do on bad days (actually we are to do it everyday), that sets us apart from the world. We acknowledge our smallness.

We proclaim God is in control and we live on earth, not in heaven.

To think one has a choice in all of life’s situations is false. Heartache, disease, and unemployment can appear out of nowhere. One may leave home with their head high and a smile on their face, but return feeling the world is against them.

The good news: believers have power over unexpected and unwanted days.

Are You Struggling? Remember–Christ Jesus Lives In You!

When Paul spoke to the church in Corinth he asked them a direct question. A question all believers should refer back to when facing struggles.

2 Corinthians 13:5-6 Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test? And I trust that you will discover that we have not failed the test.

When Paul stated, “Christ Jesus is in you,” he wasn’t simply saying when one thinks of Jesus He is with you. Paul was stating biblical fact: Christ Jesus, who believers know as the savior of the world, God made flesh, the Word, the Lamb of God who literally dwells within us, within our hearts–at all times!

Don’t delay.

AMERICA – Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, A Prophetic Word For Our Nation – Part Two of Two

Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, an American Messianic Jewish minister, author and novelist, gave this powerful prophetic word for Joe Biden on Jan. 25, 2021.

In this, Cahn’s part two message, he shares Joe Biden’s plans in suppressing and censoring God’s word, then goes on to state: “How does one do such things and name oneself as a believer in God and a follower of Jesus?”

Rabbi Cahn goes on to state Biden will one day stand before God, and that America has a spiritual problem – “It is time to pray as never before that return and revival would come.”

May we, Christian citizens of this great country founded on Biblical principles, heed Rabbi Cahn’s prophetic word.

Part one was posted last week. Here is part two of Rabbi Cahn’s prophetic word:

AMERICA – Praise The LORD!

God, the provider of all things, He alone is worthy to be praised!

Isaiah 12:4-6 In that day you will say: “Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted. Sing to the LORD, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world. Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.”

Our creator and redeemer, God is glorious.

It was Jesus who proclaimed, as He entered Jerusalem the week before His crucifixion, if mankind doesn’t shout His praises then earth itself will:

AMERICA – God’s Presence Changes All Things

God’s presence is power. America, once our nation understands God’s power, once we “get it”, there will be no force from earth, or below earth, strong enough to defeat us. Understanding God’s power–acknowledging His authority over our prideful ways–is how we will rise above the chaotic state our nation faces.

Our citizens suffer fear from false teachings, depression from disease, and helplessness from hate. Many feel scared from previous scars. God did not create us to withdraw; to dread getting out of bed each morning.

I challenge you–call on God’s presence–for yourself personally and for our nation. Let us invite God’s presence to change things.

Pray For AMERICA

Prayer comes naturally to Christians. It’s like talking to a good friend–someone you love and you know loves you. When Christians want to talk to God we do it through prayer.

Talking to God regarding personal troubles, family situations, or job related problems is natural because these situations involve us. We all have some sort of issue close to our heart that needs fixed: complicated personal decisions, family situations which create tension, job issues that affect our future or someone we dearly love.

So we pray.

We ask for God’s guidance, deliverance, and strength.

Praying for personal issues close to our hearts is usually what most people pray about. We do this because we need help and believe God cares for our needs.

But are you remembering to pray for issues wider than your intimate world?

Be Thankful

Be Thankful

John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,

that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world,

but to save the world through him.

I pray God blesses you, gives you strength, and your faith in Him expands so that you trust Him with all areas of your life.—Debra
