“All around us are people who are lost and separated from their heavenly Father, and we have a responsibility to tell them about Him.”
– Billy Grahm, The Journey (2006)
As believers were once lost but then united with the heavenly Father, we are called now to unite other lost souls with God. The Great Commission, found in Matthew 28:18-20, is given to us by Jesus Himself.
Jesus, God in the flesh, instructs His believers specifically what we are to do with the knowledge of Him that is bestowed upon us.
Go…make disciples…baptize and teach everything Jesus commanded to us.
Shortly after giving these instructions Jesus was taken up into heaven.
Matthew 28:18-20 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
One day Jesus will return. But until then, Christians, we have a job to do!
What a blessing to be chosen by God to share Jesus with the lost until His blessed return.
ARE YOU A FOLLOWER OF JESUS?
Have you invited Jesus into your heart? Now is the perfect time. Pray this sinner’s prayer found at Gotquestions.com.
“God, I know that I am a sinner. I know that I deserve the consequences of my sin. However, I am trusting in Jesus Christ as my Savior. I believe that His death and resurrection provided for my forgiveness. I trust in Jesus and Jesus alone as my personal Lord and Savior. Thank you Lord, for saving me and forgiving me! Amen.”
Blessings to you as you receive redemption through Jesus.

True words! We can only share what we have. Our day to day relationship with Jesus should be our focus…as we become closer to him, we grow less and less attached to the world and the evils in it. Too many Christians live their lives as the world dictates…no difference between them and non Christians or Atheists. May God open eyes and hearts to His Truth, and may He have mercy on us all❤️
