American Christians – Get Out Of The Pit!

Our country cannot save itself – only Jesus the Christ can save us. As we continue to lift ourselves higher, believing we control destiny, living in a my body my choice world, we are falling deeper – quicker – into an unfathomable pit of darkness.

Americans have removed God from classrooms, from churches, from business, diner tables, sports events, youth groups, science, Twitter, FaceBook and from our government. The very Judeo-Christian based America, which men like William Bradford, James Madison, George Washington, Noah Webster, and Robert C. Winthrop labored for, is being trampled on under the disguise of “freedom.”

This “freedom,” lead by the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, has no knowledge, or to say the least refuses to acknowledge, our Judeo-Christian foundation in America. Christian citizens are allowing Pelosi type leaders to draw America deeper into the pit of darkness, when we were created to live up in the heavens. The latest proof of her misleading leadership comes from San Francisco:

The San Francisco Archbishop in Nancy Pelosi’s home district has barred the Speaker of the House from receiving communion in light of her pro-abortion stance — one that was reflected in her work to pass the falsely named “Women’s Health Protection Act” that would have expanded a concocted “right” to abortion far beyond what Roe allowed…

Pelosi, a proclaimed devout Catholic, is determined to advance abortion, all types of abortion. Under President Bush, when partial birth abortion was banned, this is what Pelosi had to say:

“When President Bush signed the so-called ‘Partial-Birth Abortion Ban’ into law, he became the first President in history to ban a safe and medically-accepted medical procedure. It was a deliberate attack on reproductive health care and a violation of women’s privacy and their right to make their own decisions.

Does she know the practice of partial birth abortion? This is how The United States Conference Of Catholic Bishops describes the “safe” procedure Pelosi spoke of:

Partial-birth abortion (PBA) is the term Congress has used to describe a procedure that crosses the line from abortion to infanticide. The doctor delivers a substantial portion of the living child outside his mother’s body — the entire head in a head-first delivery or the trunk past the navel in a feet-first delivery — then kills the child by crushing his skull or removing his brain by suction.

America, we have voted into office lawmakers (and repeatedly keep them in office), who devoutly stand against moral Judeo-Christian principles.

Also at fault, trying their hardest to deny/destroy America’s Christian values, is the entire MSM system, and extreme liberal school boards and corporations like Disney who believe they know the best way to sexually educate young children over their parents.

Christians, get out of the pit!

Reach up to God for help. Be alert, come alive! There is no neutrality on the subject of God. As stated by The American Covenant author, Marshall Foster,

There is no neutral–or secular–area of life. When we set up an area or institution that does not acknowledge God’s sovereignty, we become enemies of God and are in rebellion.

The Bible tells us it is our duty to proclaim and protect all that God provides. God is the One who provided the Pilgrims with a new home, America; a place to live in religious freedom. God is the One who provides all freedom, not school districts and corporations who refuse to listen to parents’ concerns over inappropriate sexual content.

Unless Christian citizens stand up for morality exemplified through Jesus, we will continue to fall into Pelosi’s pit of darkness. Thankfully, Texas and Florida are in the fight against explicit and indoctrinating books. In fact Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida has

…signed a bill prohibiting the discussion of gender and sexual identity in kindergarten through third grade classrooms. The state Senate also passed a bill known as the “Stop W.O.K.E.” act, which would limit how companies, schools and universities can teach about race.

How did Christians ever let America fall this low? So low that a bill has to be signed to protect kindergartners from teachers teaching sexual identity? That subject is a parental, family discussion, not a discussion to be lead by a teacher’s personal choice or belief.

Too often churches preface a sermon with, “I don’t want to get political, but….” Let me make known this is a political post. Christians, we must let our voice be heard in this year’s elections. Know the candidates’ backgrounds, pray for guidance before casting your votes. It matters. God hears prayers. He will let you know which candidates’ hearts are for Him.

God is still on the throne, and His desire is we acknowledge Him in all aspects of life. He is waiting for Christians to invite Him back into the venues we previously kicked Him out of. If Christians don’t choose to speak light in agreement with God, it’s our own fault then that we remain in the pit of darkness.

America needs men and women in office whose hearts align with God; not more hearts who fight God’s every word.

American Christians – get out of the pit – make your voice heard!

Joshua 24:15 But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”
