All In God’s Timing

“The best thing you and I can do is to stop looking at our watches and calendars and simply look by faith into the face of God and let Him have His way–in His time.”

Warren Wiersbe, God Isn’t In A Hurry (1994)

Come To Jesus

No matter how dire you believe your situation may be, please know, there is no need to be weary and burdened.

Jesus, our savior, is waiting – His arms wide open – ready to hold you. Two thousand years ago Jesus stepped down from His throne in heaven to walk amongst us, His beloved children, so that we may have a relationship with Him.

Jesus came to show us The Way, that mankind need not despair.

Our Gift From God – Jesus

Through the years, it’s sad to say, my Christmas celebratory group has grown smaller. However, my expansion of understanding the true meaning of Christmas has been a blessing. Don’t get me wrong, all the partying and gifts are a welcome part of this year’s celebration. It’s more that over the years I’ve grown in Christ, studying and believing more of what Jesus, our Gift from God, means to me.

What a blessing to spend this holiday with those I love…my husband, pregnant daughter, son-in-law, their 8 month old daughter, and family in-laws. As much as I’d like, it doesn’t always happen this way.

Overflowing With Thankfulness

The more we live in thankfulness to God for all things, under all circumstances and in all situations, the more we are able to see His works.

Thanking shows we trust His judgment even though the situation is stressful. Thanking shows willingness to grow through undesirable situations.

Thankfulness opens eyes to what God is teaching allowing us to be grounded in Him. Grounding brings about faith so that any doubt of His promises will be removed.

In this season of Thanksgiving may we be truly thankful.

America – Trust Jesus

The mid-term election is over. Men and women – candidates from every state – declared what they stood for and what they would do to improve our country…they all made promises.

We Americans, after looking for truth in those declarations made by the candidates, voted for who we thought would best serve our nation.

Will their political promises be kept? Track records reveal political promises made before elections have not always been kept after the election is finalized. Promises made…but unkept…indicate trust was broken. For any nation to succeed it must have trust in Someone…Someone who is fully truthful…

Jesus.

Christians Can Direct America’s Future – Vote

As Election 2022 comes to pass may we remember to praise His holy name, praise God for the nation He has given us to grow and abound in His presence. Praise Him for past and present leaders and for our 2023 leaders forthcoming for “he deposes kings and raises up others” as He chooses. Praise Him in advance for giving us wisdom to select our leaders just as He did Moses and the Eleven.

Americans, 64% of which proclaim to be Christian, can change the negative road our nation is traveling on in this next election.

America, Be Wise In Choosing Leaders

A General Election is scheduled in America for Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Citizens will vote on all 435 seats in The House Of Representatives and on 35 of the 100 seats in the Senate. Governors will be elected in 36 of our states and in 3 American territories.

Our Forefathers and Founders fought hard, sometimes to their death, to create a land “with liberty and justice for all.” While doing so they chose leaders, “men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain”, as instructed by the Bible. America grew strong with leadership from these men.

Our Forefathers and Founders, overwhelmingly Christian, were wise in choosing Christian leaders lead by Biblical morals.
