No matter how dire you believe your situation may be, please know, there is no need to be weary and burdened.
Jesus, our savior, is waiting – His arms wide open – ready to hold you. Two thousand years ago Jesus stepped down from His throne in heaven to walk amongst us, His beloved children, so that we may have a relationship with Him.
Jesus came to show us The Way, that mankind need not despair.
Though we experience hardship and distress on earth, Jesus came to help us through it. He offers His strength and is the way to heaven.
Jesus is the only way.
Jesus is fully God our savior yet fully human. Born of the virgin Mary He came that we may have life everlasting.
While Jesus shared/lived God’s word with mankind on earth He suffered life’s trials as mankind suffers. Jesus wept through the pain of the death of His friend Lazarus. He sought solitude after His cousin John the Baptist was killed.
Jesus knew tension and anger. When He entered the temple courts He was overcome with emotion from seeing the money changers make a mockery of His Father’s house. This incited Jesus to overturn their money tables.
Often, Jesus became exhausted from ministering to crowds. His strength was regained through prayer. Jesus is always in communication with His Father because He knows whatever the situation requires…refueling or refreshing…God gives us just what we need to get through.
Jesus’ deepest agony came at the cross as he was humiliated, ridiculed, beaten, spit upon, pierced, bled, and hung to die a slow death for our sin. Not for sin Jesus committed for Jesus is sinless. Jesus is the only man to walk this earth sinless. No, Jesus came and endured all this suffering for our sin…for my sin and your sin…so that we my spend eternity in paradise with Him.
Jesus loves us that much.
Jesus loves us and gave His life so that we don’t have to be weary or burdened. He simply wants us to come into His open arms. If your burden has made you too weary, too exhausted to move, just tell Him and He’ll bend down from His throne in heaven and scoop you up.
Yes, Jesus loves you that much!
It really is that simple. Go to Jesus. Go now. Ask Him to please lift you out of your burden. Be comforted in His arms.
Jesus loves you and when you believe in Him…there is no need for despair.

“God, I know that I am a sinner. I know that I deserve the consequences of my sin. However, I am trusting in Jesus Christ as my Savior. I believe that His death and resurrection provided for my forgiveness. I trust in Jesus and Jesus alone as my personal Lord and Savior. Thank you Lord, for saving me and forgiving me! Amen!”
