AMERICA – Claim Jesus Over Your Life

Though doubters deny the worthiness of Jesus they can not stop those who believe in our hearts Jesus is the son of God. Jesus is holy, His name is power, His majesty surpasses all understanding. Like stones are unstoppable at crying out to the Creator, doubters are unable to stop believers from shouting for joy at the sound of His name.

Luke 19:37-40 When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen: “Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!” “I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”

No other name holds the power of Jesus. It breaks every chain of addiction, restores shattered relationships, reduces tempers, transforms confused identities, bears peace during mourning, reverses fear, overflows with love, redeems sin, instills patience…Jesus’ name proceeds us into unknown territory, reclaims lost children, orders evil to depart, and also strengthens the weary.

We associate these things – and more – to the name Jesus, because these miracles belonging to Him are witnessed here on earth. And because of Biblical prophesies written about Him which came true. The name Jesus is accessible to all who approach Him. Jesus is ready to be the joy in the hearts of everyone overwhelmed by uncomfortable circumstance.

The name of Jesus does all this and so much more.

Because Jesus has all authority He can not be contained. He is everywhere at all times. Jesus is waiting for you to come to Him. If you want to brighten 2022 from the darkness of 2020 and 2021, then speak Jesus over your life!

Purposefully, profusely, and properly speak Jesus over your life.

Purposefully set aside time for prayer. Show Him you’ve made the effort to invite Him into your day, everyday, at a specific time, just to be with Him.
Profusely offer Him the worship and glory He alone deserves: His death on the cross, His unending mercy and grace.
Properly pray. Prayer isn’t all about wants. Prayer includes thankfulness for how God blesses each day, blessings seen and unseen.

Be thankful for all circumstances. Thankful for what we are given (much of which we’ve taken for granted). Prayer brings us in closer relationship to God, allowing us to better understand and feel the power of the holy name, Jesus.

When you begin praying purposefully, profusely, and properly – you can expect results. Your life does not have to continue in the darkness of previous years.

Speak Jesus over your life and allow yourself to move from darkness to light. Jesus is the name above all names because Jesus Christ is Lord!
