Too often, we believe ourselves to be worthless, useless or incompetent. Why? Because we erroneously listen to someone who harbors evil in their heart claiming that against us!
Don’t listen to them anymore!
I encourage you now—do not believe anything that an evil heart dares to profess about you! You are worthy because you were created by the Creator of the world, made perfect in every way.
Genesis 1:27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
God, who is perfect is every way, created you in His image.
Now, stay away from all confusion that you literally “look” like God. As far as the Bible states God has no “body”. Instead know that your heart has the capacity to reflect those perfect characteristics that are of God, given to you, when you agree to follow Jesus Christ.
Those characteristics are the image of God you are created in.
Galatians 5:22-24 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
God always considers you worthy, and always will!
But those of the world—those who belittle, insult, ignore, those who dare spread lies to destroy the perfect character God made for you—they do not know God. Therefore, their instincts are to attack believers.
There-in lies your dilemma.
Are you going to listen and accept as truth the evil that worldly people revel in spewing? No! Do not accept their lies! Believe that you are worthy of our very BIG God. A God that gives you strength to over come.
Jeremiah 31:3 The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.
1 John 3:1 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
I understand you may currently be in a situation that forces you to stay in contact with those who are against you. Please, I encourage you to stay strong as one of Christ’s children. You are His ambassador because you are worthy of truly knowing Who’s your are!
As a believer, when you remember to use the exact gifts He gave you for a time such as this, you will overcome evil accusations meant to destroy you. Speak out loud and ask to feel the presence of these gifts given to you by the Spirit:
- Love
- Joy
- Peace
- Forbearance
- Kindness
- Goodness
- Faithfulness
- Gentleness
- Self-control
The love God placed in your heart to follow Jesus is more powerful than any evil word used as a sword against you. Remember— you are a worthy child of God and satan has no control over those who believe!
Believe and receive as you say out loud:
Psalm 3:3 But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.

Also, remember as you say your prayers tonight, thank God for His mercy and grace in your situation. And ask Him to overcome the heart of those against you.
