Are You Worried About The 7th Trumpet Sounding?

“What would you like to be doing when He returns? Where would you like to be when the trumpet sounds, when the archangel shouts, and when, in the twinkling of an eye, we are changed and rise into the clouds to meet Him?

David Jeremiah, What In The World Is Going On (2008)

The Bible tells us Christ will return. The time of His coming, however, is unknown.

Not knowing is tough because we live in daily sin. Everyone sins in thought, word, and deed. The only way to be without sin when Christ returns is if He returns the moment after we confess and ask forgiveness for that specific sin we just committed. Otherwise, in a short period of time after confession, I for one will again be of rude, selfish, prideful, unloving, conceited, or arrogant behavior.

I don’t say this lightly, the list of my sin goes on.

Thankfully, my God is God of many chances. He forgives His children over and over. He gives opportunity to confess as soon as we realize the sin, or (as I do), to confess and ask forgiveness each night in prayer.

We have a relationship together. I know God knows me and loves me – and I know God and love Him. Within this relationship I trust His word; the Bible states God generously extends mercy and grace, something I need hourly.

So when Jesus does leave His throne, descending down to earth to draw believers up to heaven, I believe, though chances are high I will be in the midst of sin, Jesus will still claim me as His own. Thank you, Jesus!

Do you have a relationship with Jesus?

If the answer is no, ask Jesus now to be your Lord and savior. Repeat the Sinners Prayer found below. In an instant, Jesus will take you as His own and you will have no worries for when the 7th Trumpet sounds.

REVELATION 11:15 The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever."

ARE YOU A FOLLOWER OF JESUS?

Have you invited Jesus into your heart? Now is the perfect time. Pray this sinner’s prayer found at Gotquestions.com

“God, I know that I am a sinner. I know that I deserve the consequences of my sin. However, I am trusting in Jesus Christ as my Savior. I believe that His death and resurrection provided for my forgiveness. I trust in Jesus and Jesus alone as my personal Lord and Savior. Thank you Lord, for saving me and forgiving me! Amen.”

Blessings to you as you receive redemption through Jesus.
