Part of the definition of pride is a feeling of deep satisfaction or pleasure from one’s own achievements, or, with whom one is closely associated with.

I have deep satisfaction and pleasure, not with all that I am, but with all that my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is.

We know of Christ’s earthy being, yet as powerful as the Bible describes Him we can not fully understand all the power embodied within Him. However, Graves Into Gardens, by Brandon Lake and Elevation Worship, does a pretty great job of putting into words the person and power of Jesus.

I urge you to read their words, feel their emotion, and take pride in your deep satisfaction and pleasure of knowing Jesus.
