5 Reasons To Give Your Problems To God

Do you know at all times God is present everywhere? No matter your location or situation in life there is no barrier that can separate you from God. And because nothing is ever hidden from God, He knows everything there is to know about you.  He knows your highs and, through times of trouble such as world is experiencing right now, He also always knows our lows.

Yet through His daily process of planning, creating, and sustaining life, God also continues to devote time to loving each one of us individually. “How does He accomplish this?” you may ask. The answer is God is not only present everywhere knowing everything, but God also does everything at all times.

God is a multi-tasker who’s very good at fixing problems– if you’ll just let Him!

1. God Knows You

God knows you very well because God created you. He also knows the difference between what you want and what you need. That’s why sometimes His answer to us is not the answer we want to hear. But don’t allow disappointment to fill your head with distrust for God. Sometimes it’s through disappointment that He wants us to grow in our faith. And He’ll still be here to help you through that disappointment as if you are the only person He’s assisting today.

1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

2. God Gives Direction

God gives us directions and some of those directions aid in our relationships. If you have a relationship problem, no matter that problem is with family, friends, co-workers or acquaintances, the Bible makes it clear. By following His direction and sustaining correct attitudes we help keep our relationships happy and healthy.

Ephesians 4:2-3 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

3. God Comforts

God comforts those who call to Him through the Holy Spirit. Peace and joy are never far when we are filled with hope from the Holy Spirit. So if you are suffering with any problems where you require comfort, God will supply that need if you pray and ask for it.

Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

4. God Stays With You

God stays with you if you loose your way. When you choose your own path over the one God created for you, you will get lost. Remember, God is always there for you, patiently waiting for you to place your trust in Him. And He remains with you as you find your way down the correct path.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

5. God Sent His Son

God sent His Son to die for you. That kind of God would never abandon you. He desires you to have a relationship with Him and to believe He is in your life to help–not to harm. Once you believe in this single supreme act of love, you are blessed with life eternal. A God that big can handle any problem you relinquish to Him.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

God loves you so very much. He enjoys tending to your singular needs, yet He’s more than a singular thinker. Trust that His capabilities are beyond comprehension. While God is listening and helping you with your problems, He’s also doing the same thing for everyone else that is praying to Him.

God multi-tasks.

God constantly shows His love for us in a variety of ways only He can preform. He’s just waiting for you to share your life with Him. Turn your burdens and problems over to Him and feel at peace. Acknowledge to Him you can’t do life alone, and you need His help.

God has a plan for our lives, though we will not be privy to understand His plan until we meet Him in heaven. For now we simply need to remember that He loves us and is always there to help us.

God loves you at all times and in all ways. If you have a specific problem you are battling right now, take a moment to lay it at His feet. Thank Him for His constant love, and acknowledge He is the one in control of your life, not you.
